System

We will discuss how your current system works so that we can fully understand what your business needs from our phone system. We will then agree on how you want your new system built, including all of your users, any hunt groups, whether you need Teams integration, imaging for Video calls or any on hold music, which you can use as an opportunity to showcase your business. Once the system is built we will test and only roll out when you are 100% happy with it.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

We can supply recorded IVRs or you can record them yourselves and we can include them in the build of your system to ensure that your clients reach their intended destination as quickly as possible.

An IVR is a easy way for a client to appear professional and personable to inbound callers, whilst waiting for someone to answer the phone.

Installation

We will test your current connectivity prior to our team of experienced engineers installing your system. All hardware will be also be provisioned prior to install, meaning any deskphones are ready to ‘plug and play’, ensuring minimal disruption on the day. Depending on the complexity of your phone system, we could even get you up and running within 1 working day.

Support

We don’t just install the system and then leave you to use it. We will have regular contact with you to ensure the system is working how you want and need it to work. If there are any adjustments needed at any time, you have the full support of our customer service team, who are able to change any settings on your system and you can review these changes immediately.
