Every month you will receive a PDF invoice and a breakout CSV recommendations report. This report gives you the raw data of your previous months usage, with graphs and recommendations to reduce your costs for the following month.
Self Service Portal
Once connected with Guru Technology you will have access to our self service portal, from here you can see live usage analysis across all products and services on your account, in easy to use dashboards and reports. This provides live link data with our direct API integration with the networks platforms.
Proactivity
As soon as one of your users triggers an alert, whether that be cost, data, or general usage, you will be notified within 1 working hour. We also can apply automatic bolt ons to ensure you always stay within your limits. We typically save over 11K in overspend across our 7500 user base per month.
